CamgirlsBook is a publication. It writes reviews of cam models and articles about the adult live streaming industry. The Website does not film, photograph, produce, direct, or manage any depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct. It does not hire, contract for, or otherwise arrange for the participation of any performer.
Any image, video, thumbnail, promotional banner, or live stream that appears on or is reachable through this Website originates with a third party. That includes the cam platforms we review (such as the sites where models broadcast), the models themselves, and the affiliate or promotional feeds those platforms supply. When such material appears here, the Website's role is limited to transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting, formatting, linking, indexing, or referencing content produced and controlled by others.
Exemption statement
With respect to the content described above, the operators of this Website are not "producers," whether primary or secondary, as that term is defined in 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c). Where the records are held
The original producers of the sexually explicit material referenced or displayed on this Website are responsible for creating and maintaining the age and identity records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A. Those records are held by the respective producers and the platforms that host their content, not by CamgirlsBook.
Each cam platform we review maintains its own § 2257 compliance statement and records custodian. Readers who need the record-keeping information for a specific performer or piece of content should consult the § 2257 statement of the platform on which that content was originally produced and broadcast. Age of performers
To the best of our knowledge, every model and performer referenced on this Website was at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time any visual depiction of them was produced. The platforms we review require age and identity verification of their broadcasters as a condition of use. We do not knowingly publish material featuring, or promote the work of, any person under the age of eighteen.
Reporting a concern
